We used this service in June 2014. We had arranged for three pick-ups: airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship and cruise ship to airport. There were no problems of any kind with our pick-ups. We stated the times we wanted to be met and the driver was there each time. The driver even stopped for water during our drive from the airport to the hotel after we commented on our long flight. Our driver was courteous, drove safely and spoke good English. We were even able to pay in Euros, US dollars or Turkish Lira. We will definitely use them again on our next visit to Istanbul! First Class all the way!
